Explore the development and purpose of visual language and communication using creative activities such as printing and paper making. Help your students with written communication through letter writing, job applications and CV writing. The practitioner pack introduces the aims and plan of the programme and sets out sessions, including:
  • The art of illumination
  • Monoprinting and book making
  • Letters of apology
The practitioners' manual lays out literacy and numeracy objectives and links the programme to other PLUS programmes and useful external resources. The practitioners' resources link in with the sessions and help to make the programme interactive.

The pack consists of a practitioners' manual (72pp), practitioners' resources (64pp) and a learners' notebook (44pp).

These enrichment materials were developed by ECOTEC Research and Consulting Ltd and Artists on behalf of the Arts Council England and the Youth Justice Board for England and Wales.

    Excellent resource that was extremely useful in not only expanding young people's knowledge and skills through the media of the arts but also in addressing restorative justice issues.
